Our group, made up of Holly G., Kacie L., Catherine R., and Mary Kate T., selected the Eclectic Race category. We found 5 random students/faculty members and interviewed each of them about their life at UCO. Things went great! We walked all around campus, made some new friends, and even got free doughnuts.
We talked to a Junior about what helped her most when she got started at UCO.
Then we found a staff member of the UCO Bookstore about why he likes working for UCO.
We interviewed a photogropher about how she expresses her creativity through her photos, while she was standing next to her photo on display in the Communications building.
Origami & Foreign Country Interview
Next we met an International Christian Club in the Nigh University Center who taught us Origami while we interviewed them about their home countries and why they came to UCO. They were making cranes and writing prayers on them to send to the citizens of Japan for healing and comfort.
Finally, we met a UCO student who was not afraid to verbally express his UCO pride, while climbing a tree!
